Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy – Offshore Containers Shop Trading LLC

At Offshore Containers Shop Trading LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparent business practices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
This policy applies to individual consumer purchases.
Business-to-business (B2B), wholesale, and project-based orders are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Once your request is received, our team will provide detailed return instructions.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The container must be in the same condition as delivered.
• It must not be altered, modified, painted, or structurally changed.
• The container must remain wind- and water-tight, if sold as such.
• All included accessories and documents must be returned.

Non-returnable:
Custom-built, modified, refurbished, or personalized orders cannot be returned.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return transport costs, including:

• Trucking and delivery back to our depot
• Crane lifting, loading, or handling fees
• Any third-party transport, storage, or offloading charges

We strongly recommend using a transport provider that offers tracking and insurance, as the unit remains your responsibility until received by us.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned container is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
• Delivery, logistics, and additional services are non-refundable.

If the returned unit does not meet the return conditions, Offshore Containers Shop reserves the right to adjust or reject the refund.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your container arrives damaged or not as described:

• Notify us immediately with photos or videos.
• Our inspection team will review the case and arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the findings.

Your satisfaction and safety remain our priority.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-modified or converted containers
• Containers with added fittings (doors, windows, insulation, electrical work, etc.)
• Used containers sold “as-is”, where cosmetic wear is clearly described
• B2B, bulk, or wholesale orders
• Discounted, clearance, or special-offer units
